India is getting better at having fun indoors. Away from shops and food courts, malls are now being filled with bowling lanes, arcades, trampoline parks and tracks for racing; these keep families in the building for longer. But someone has to source, design and fit it all out, creating a small but not diminutive market for the companies specializing in leisure equipment and installation.
Shares of Complete Sports and Management India Ltd. were trading at Rs. 166.00, up 14.48 percent from previous close of Rs. 145.00. The stock opened at Rs. 152.25, reaching an intraday high of Rs. 153.00 and low of Rs. 149.95. The company currently has a market capitalization of Rs. 335 crores.
What’s the News?
Complete Sports and Management India Limited (CSML) has informed BSE that it has received an order worth approximately Rs 24 crore from a major South India-based company, as per a BSE press release dated September 21, 2026. The order is for the design and build of what is to be India’s first and biggest indoor go-karting track. The scope includes the design, development, execution and construction of the facility including associated infrastructure and related requirements.”
The company has not named the customer, the location, the size of the track or the delivery timeline. Chairman and Managing Director Rohit Rajesh Mathur called it an important addition to the company’s growing order book. He also said it shows the confidence placed in CSML’s capabilities. The order arrives less than three weeks after CSML listed on the BSE SME platform on 4 September 2026.
Financial & Business Analysis
Consolidated revenue from operations increased 6.12% YoY from Rs. 110.34 crore in FY25 to Rs. 117.09 crore in FY26. Consolidated net profit increased 59.47% YoY, reaching Rs. 18.18 crore in FY26 compared to Rs. 11.40 crore in FY25. The basic earnings per share increased by 59.34 percent and stood at Rs. 12.11 as against Rs. 7.60 recorded in the previous year FY2025.
CSML has mainly been an equipment business, and its revenue mix shows it. Family entertainment centres made up 87.47% of operating revenue in FY26, up from 73.77% the year before, while clubs, corporate clients and hotels together contributed less than 10%. Bowling equipment alone was about half of revenue. Four states, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana and Delhi, accounted for 85.98%, and the top three customers supplied 54%. This order is different because it is a full design-and-build project that isn’t tied to bowling.
CSML hasn’t put a number on its order book, so the size of this win against the total can’t be judged. What it does give the company is a reference project in a specialised format, which it can point to when pitching other FEC operators in India and abroad. A new large customer also widens a base that has been quite concentrated. There is a flip side, because one big project could itself become a large share of future revenue, and the timeline hasn’t been disclosed. How well CSML executes will decide whether this leads to repeat or larger orders.
Industry Overview
The global family entertainment centre market was valued at about USD 30.3 billion in 2024, and one estimate has it reaching USD 70.28 billion by 2033, a CAGR of 9.80%. India is often described as growing faster from a much smaller base, with one research house putting its FEC market growth at about 13.1% a year. The drivers are rising incomes and a young urban population that wants places to spend time outside the home. The growth of mall culture in metro cities is adding to that demand.
Go-karting fits well into this shift. Electric karts removed the noise and fumes that once kept the sport outdoors, making indoor tracks in malls practical. The India go-kart market is projected to grow at about 7.5% a year between 2025 and 2031. Operators also tend to buy karts in fleets of 20 to 60 per site and replace them every three to five years, which creates repeat equipment demand for suppliers. One research house also estimates that India has over 500 new malls planned by 2030, each of which is a potential site for attractions like this.
