Management Guidance:

Revenue and Margin Outlook

Parag Milk Foods is targeting revenue of approximately Rs. 10,000 crore over the next three to four years, compared with Rs. 3,818 crore reported in FY2026, implying a revenue CAGR of approximately 38 percent over three years. The company expects this growth to be supported by capacity expansion, stronger new-age businesses and increasing demand across high-growth, value-added dairy categories.

Parag Milk Foods Limited expects margins to remain in the mid-teens during this period. Its strategy focuses on strengthening production capabilities, expanding distribution reach, and increasing the contribution of value-added products to achieve sustainable revenue and profitability growth.

New-Age Business Growth

Parag Milk Foods Limited’s new-age businesses, comprising Pride of Cows and Avvatar, have demonstrated strong growth, increasing by 59 percent year-on-year and contributing around 13 percent to overall turnover. These businesses represent a key growth opportunity as the company continues to diversify its product portfolio and strengthen its presence in premium and value-added dairy segments. With new-age businesses expected to contribute around 20–25 percent of total revenue over the medium term, they could become an increasingly important driver of the company’s growth and profitability.

However, around 35 percent of revenue currently comes from HoReCa, a relatively lower-margin segment. This concentration may limit overall margin expansion and profitability, making the shift toward higher-margin new-age businesses strategically important.

Strong Paneer Demand

Demand for paneer continues to exceed Parag Milk Foods’ current production capacity, indicating strong market potential for the category. Existing paneer manufacturing facilities are operating at nearly 100 percent utilisation, limiting the company’s ability to fully meet customer requirements. To address this constraint, Parag plans significant capacity expansion. The initiative is expected to support higher volumes, improve market coverage and capture additional growth across retail and institutional channels.

Paneer Capacity Expansion

Parag Milk Foods Limited plans to increase its paneer production capacity substantially, from the existing 20 MT to approximately 80 MT. This fourfold expansion is intended to address the current capacity constraints caused by strong demand for paneer. Increased production capability should enable the company to serve both retail and institutional customers more effectively. The expansion is also expected to support higher sales volumes and strengthen Parag’s position in the growing paneer market.

Cheese and Whey Expansion

Parag Milk Foods plans to double its cheese and whey protein production capacities to capitalize on increasing demand for value-added dairy products. Cheese capacity is expected to increase from 60 MT per day to 120 MT per day within approximately 1.5 years, with the expanded facility expected to become operational around March 2028. The company also anticipates rapid growth in whey protein, supporting further portfolio diversification and future revenue expansion.

Advertising and Brand Investment

Parag Milk Foods plans to maintain annual advertising and promotional expenditure of approximately  Rs. 130-140 crore. This investment is intended to strengthen brand awareness, support consumer demand, and improve the visibility of both established and newer product categories. Continued spending on advertising is particularly important as the company expands its new-age businesses. The strategy aims to build stronger consumer connections and support sustainable brand-led growth over the medium term.

Segment Revenue Mix (Q1 FY26):
