Samsung could equip most Galaxy S27 series models with 12GB RAM, according to a new leak, while the Galaxy S27 Ultra may offer 16GB RAM with 1TB storage. The Galaxy S27 Pro and Ultra could also move to LPDDR6 RAM and UFS 5.1 storage, although Samsung has yet to finalise these components. Other reported upgrades include the Exynos 2700 and Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipsets, M16 OLED panels for the Pro and Ultra, and M14 panels for the standard models.
