Aastha Spintex Ltd has fixed September 28, 2026 as the record date for determining the shareholders eligible to receive bonus equity shares. The decision was taken at the board meeting held on September 22, 2026, following approval from the company’s members and in-principle approval from the stock exchanges. The approved Bonus issue stands at a ratio of 1:1 which means the share holder will get an additional share for every 1 share held.
The record date will determine the shareholders entitled to the bonus shares in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations and other relevant laws. The board meeting commenced at 9:30 AM and concluded at 10:00 AM.
