Embassy Developments shares rallied up to 8% to Rs 63.80 after signing an MoU to sell an entire residential tower at Embassy Terazza in Juhu to Angel One CMD Dinesh Thakkar for Rs 711 crore. Spanning 63,000 sq ft, it is India’s largest single residential property transaction.
