Lumino Industries has released its consolidated financials for Q1 FY27, showing growth in terms of revenue, EBITDA, and net profit. Revenue from the operations of the consolidated business grew 19.3% to Rs. 521 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs. 437 crore in Q1 FY26.

Net profit of the consolidated business increased 32.7% to Rs. 40.2 crore from Rs. 30.3 crore in Q1 FY26. EBITDA grew 34.6% to Rs. 70.8 crore from Rs. 52.6 crore. Thus, EBITDA margin improved to 13.6% from around 12% in Q1 FY26. Basic EPS of Lumino was Rs. 1.65 in Q1 FY27 compared with Rs. 1.25 in Q1 FY26.

Segment Performance

Two major segments can be identified where Lumino Industries operates, namely, Manufacturing and EPC. The revenue of the manufacturing segment was around Rs. 371 crore for Q1 FY27, growing by 6.5% YoY compared to Rs. 348 crore. The Operating EBITDA of the segment grew by 21.2% to Rs. 49 crore. The EBITDA margin expanded from 11.7% to 13.3%.

The revenue of the EPC segment was much larger growing by 69.6% YoY to Rs. 150 crore from Rs. 89 crore. The Operating EBITDA grew by 78.7% to Rs. 21 crore. The EBITDA margin was 14.

Order Book

Lumino Industries has recently placed new orders of Rs. 176 crores in the first quarter of fiscal year 2026-27 and its total order book reached Rs. 3,059 crores by June 30, 2026.

Capacity Expansion

In addition to this, the company is also looking forward to expanding its manufacturing capacity at its plant based out of Ranihati. Lumino Industries is looking forward to expanding its capacity to about 35,000 MT in three different phases. The first phase is supposed to add around 10,000 MT and will be commissioned in H2 FY27, after that comes about 11,000 MT in Q3 FY28 and 14,000 MT in Q1 FY29.

Post this expansion plan being complete, the total capacity of the company is estimated to increase from 40,000 MT to 75,000 MT. With this expansion, the company would be able to manufacture High Tension Power Cables up to 66kV.

Financial Performance

Looking at the consolidated quarterly results of Lumino Industries, the company’s revenue from operations stood at Rs. 521.43 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs. 437.11 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a growth of around 19.3% YoY. Total revenue for the quarter stood at Rs. 526.80 crore, compared with Rs. 447.52 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The company’s EBITDA increased to Rs. 70.88 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs. 52.6 crore in Q1 FY26, reflecting growth of around 34.6% YoY. The EBITDA margin improved to 13.59%, compared with 12.05% in the year-ago quarter, indicating an expansion of around 154 basis points in operating margins.

At the bottom line, Lumino Industries reported a consolidated net profit of Rs. 40.17 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs. 30.34 crore in Q1 FY26, registering growth of around 32.4% YoY. The company’s basic and diluted EPS stood at Rs. 1.65, compared with Rs. 1.25 in Q1 FY26.
