Vikas Singh Panwar achieved All India Rank 159 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2025. He had previously won Rs 50 lakh on Kaun Banega Crorepati in November 2025. Panwar, from Himachal Pradesh, studied Political Science at Delhi University. His father’s financial struggles fueled his determination for a better future. He cleared the examination in his first attempt at age 22.
